We offer 33-34 weeks of classes per year depending on day of week with competitive pricing.

If at any time during the year the studio is required to close, classes will be moved to an online platform.

COSTUME

Non-refundable Competition Costume Payment due:  October 15, 2022
Non-refundable Recital Costume Payment due:  December 15, 2022

SOLO AND DUET

Solos and Duets are invitational. Once started, fees are non refundable.

BALLET, TAP, JAZZ, ACRO EXAM STUDENTS

RAD ballet, ADAPT Jazz Exam, CDTA Tap and ACROBATIC ARTS Acro Exams are offered. Exams will be offered to students demonstrating the required skill level, discipline and excellent attendance. Fees are non refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

*You may pay in full at the time of registration or choose monthly payments. First and Last months tuition payment is due at time of registration as a deposit for the year, as well as the registration fee and BGCA fee (if not already paid).  Eight additional payments will start September 30th, 2022 and follow through to the last day of each month, including and ending with April 30th, 2023.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

*Cancellations, Withdrawals will only be accepted up until December 31st.  There is a $25 administration fee for all withdrawals. Such notice must be written and submitted no later than December 31st, in order to receive a refund of paid tuition for families that pay in full.  This does not include registration fees or first and last months payment.  All outstanding fees must be paid. After December 31st, your dancer may withdraw but all fees and tuition for the remainder of the season will be processed.  No Exceptions.

*One month written notice must be given for all Class Withdrawals.  Please give notice by the 1st of the month as partial months tuition will not be refunded.

*No refunds will be given after December 31, 2022.

COMPETITION STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS

• Junior Level – one ballet class a week is required
• Junior 3 and up – Jazz Technique class is required to be registered in the competition Jazz class and minimum of two ballet class
• Pre-Intermediate and up – two or more ballet classes per week and Jazz Technique class mandatory to be in Competitive Jazz class.  Two ballet classes also required for Lyrical 3/4/5 and Ballet 3/4 competition.
• There are no refunds for competition fees.
